The Universal Transfer System.

The (UTS™) makes easy transferring LNG or LPG between carriers

and onshore terminals, both loading and discharge.

The UTS™ consist of the following sub-systems and is delivered as a

turn-key system to the client:

1) Loading platform: a) Vacuum based vessel attachment system b) Emergency shut down and disconnection system c) Means of pre-cooling, purging and draining transfer lines d) Ballast system e) Lifesaving equipment

2) Multi-Buoy Mooring System: a) 2-6 mooring buoys to station-keep the vessel while loading or

discharging b) Anchor, chain/rope, floating buoy with quick release hooks

(QRH) 3) Pipes & hoses:

a) Cryogenic hoses: i) Aerial hoses to vessel manifold ii) Floating hoses between loading platform and onshore

terminal b) Subsea pipes

4) Hose storage onshore: a) Reel, turntable, rollers or continuous storing of hoses in the

water 5) Tie-in arrangement onshore – site specific

Kanfer Shipping (KS) provides its LNG ATB solution in various sizes

according to the project specific demands. Together with KS we have

developed a case study based on a distance from LNG source of 800
