ApplicationFlow line treatments with this product are generally

accomplished by injecting a mixture of 5 - 10 liters of the

Paraffin Inhibitor per barrel of flush. The most efficient use of

the product is to achieve a maximum contact time with the

deposit. This is done by knowing the rate of fluid movement

through the floeline & adjusting the total volumes of flush

provide greater contact time.

This is an excellent water-wetting compound & will keep

Paraffin from redepositing in production strings & floelines.

Paraffin molecules contacted by this product will be held in

the oil phase.

Gas BlockApplicationThe main content of gas block is activity particle. It has well

hydration activity, in slurry hydration process. It reacts with

calcium hydroxide creating gel. The gel makes the slurry

microdilatancy in process of slurry solidification &improves

set cement strength developing. It also decreases set cement

permeability and improves set cement air resistor ability.

Gas Block has 12m3/g surface area which makes gas block

have strong water absorbing ability. It efficiently controls the

interstitial water of slurry, reduces free water, prevents high

side slurry water channeling in the cementation process of

directional well or horizontal well. It also rapidly improves

slurry’s gelling speed, increases gas channeling resistance.

It’s minute granule greatly increases the origin of force of

cementing surface., improves cementation interface’s

cementing quality.

When anti-gas channeling agent is used with other

impermeable fluid loss additive, the cement slurry has the

following features: good cement slurry precipitating stability,

low filtration, no free water; quick high temperature strength

develop and low temperature early strengthen; wide cement

slurry density range; interface cementation quality is improved

due to cement stone expansion; good Co2 & other liquid

corrosion resistance ability; good thixtropism ability stops the

permeate in waitng-on-cement; short static gelation time

which stops the cement slurry from gas chaneling & gas cut.
