The meat of the Wagyu beef cattle has a very fine texture and a characteristic vel-

vet-like marbling. Top international chefs and gourmets praise the marbling as a

of Japanese origin. To improve the taste and the marbling, the animals are fed with

antibiotics or similar additives. To further

enhance the beef’s quality, only pure and

natural yellow corn is fed during the last

100 days, creating a sensational unique taste

that is rarely found anywhere else.

recognized by its dark, beautiful

marbling, fine and relatively short

muscle fibres and slightly sweet

as thick as that of other breeds: pork at its very best. The high ph value means

the meat retains its juices so that there is little shrinkage when cooked and

few if any juices are released when it is sliced. This gives the meat a sweet, clean

Halibut is a long, thick, meaty flatfish with a

pointed head and a long tail. The halibut’s back

colour is green-brown to black with a white

underside. The fish can be up to 3 metres long.

John Dory is found mainly in The Mediterranean and the

North Sea. The fish derives its name from the distinctive

To process your order correctly we need to receive your order by email, phone or fax with the expected delivery date, location and contact details. We kindly request a minimum order turnaround of 3 days if possible.

We have temperature controlled trucks and polystyrene boxes for chilled and frozen goods to ensure they remain fresh throughout transit. After delivery we will collect the polystyrene boxes to reuse or recycle them. In doing so we want to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
