- Air Destiny will be able to sale of air tickets more and more from one corner to another through DORA and the Management is expecting a huge customer will get the highest level of services in one step. If it is then Air Destiny and the DORA will be benefited in same level.

- Air Destiny will provide a free service to the DORA but on the other hand the DORA will earn a hand sum amount as commission from the ticket fare only by submitting the passenger’s needs through “D2K Online ERP System”.

How to submit a request intended for a ticket or Visa through “D2K online ERP

System”?

If passenger is our distributor then input the passenger’s DIN number.


Press “Tab” after input the DIN number


All Data will appeared no need to type.

Click dropdown menu and select the Airline.


Click dropdown menu and select the Trip.

You can input the date from the calendar menu

You can also input the date through type.


Type the sector of your trip.


Select the “Class” from dropdown

menu


Input the number of days which is passenger intend to stay.

Input the food requirement details. Input any other

requirements in details.


Input Seller DIN number and press “Tab”.

Seller’s Name & Mobile Number will be automatically appeared

Input seller’s E-mail address Input seller’s authorized person

Authorized person’s Mobile Number

Authorized person’s National ID Number

Input comments or remarks


If Visa required then tick “Yes”.


Input the Visa required country name


Click on “Add” option


Click on “OK” option


After that a transaction number will auto generate

Click here for upload the Documents. Example:

Passport’s photocopies etc.


Here also showing the Transaction number

Click the dropdown menu and select the applicable

documents

After that click “Add”


Click on “OK”


“Click Browse”

After that, this window will appeared

Later select the particular document (jpg) and upload the document as like as “Photo &

Signature upload” in Form Entry.


Then click upload


After click the “upload” then particular document will appear shown below.

After upload a page (jpg) then click “Clear” and upload the other documents in same way.

After uploaded all the necessary documents then click “Return” for submission of Requisition.


Now click on “Submission Requisition”


After submission of requisition the DORA will see “Request submitted” followed by transaction

number.


Now the passenger will get SMS as follows:

“Requisition No: TTRN0000004, Passport No: A 12345678, Air Line: Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Expected flying date: 27-03-2011, Pass Name: Md. Rahman, Destination: Singapore”


Now the part of “Air Destiny Ltd.”

Air destiny will make the reservation and do process the rest of the work and will reply to

DORA soon.


After end of the process, the ADL will reply to DORA under the same requisition number and

the following will shown:

To check the reply of ADL click on the transaction number.


This page will shown with the flight details.


For Visa processing the following documents to be sent in original to ADL.


By choosing the Airline click the “Confirm”


After click the “Confirm” the page will shown that the total fair automatically deducted by ERP system


Now “Air Destiny Ltd.” will issue the ticket.

After finishing all the related services as requested by DORA and the original Ticket

will forwarded through Email.


After issuance of ticket the passenger will get SMS accordingly.
