    Please follow the steps listed below to Clear JAVA Cache and Remove the Certificates in order to resolve any JAVA issues being experienced on Online Banking Enterprise.

    Clear Java Cache

    1. Click Start and select the Control Panel. 2. Double-click the Java icon in the control panel. 3. Click Settings under Temporary Internet Files. 4. Click Delete Files. 5. Select Applications and Applets and Trace and Log Files and click on OK. 6. Click OK on Temporary Files Settings window.

  • Remove Certificates

    1. Click Start and select the Control Panel. 2. Double-click the Java icon in the control panel. 3. Select the Security sub tab. 4. Click on Certificates. 5. Select the certificates and click on Remove. 6. Click OK to confirm that you want to remove the selected certificates on and click on Close and then OK. 7. window.

  • Login on Online Banking Enterprise

    Once you have enabled this option, close Java and any open browsers, open a new browser page and then try to login onto Online Banking Enterprise.

    Authorise your Instruction

    When you continue and select to authorise your Item/Instruction, you will get a Security Warning requesting to Run the application. Select the checkbox to Always trust content from this publisher and click on Run.
