Online Banking (Banca en Línea) is the BBVA Bancomer service thatenables you to execute all of your banking transactions from any computerwith access to the internet.

To Make Use of this Service:

Visit your nearest BBVA Bancomer Branch to request the service.Bring along your account number and an official identification.

If you have already been by a Branch office and have signed thecorresponding Agreement, please have the following items handy:

• Your Debit Card• The most recent Account Statement related to your card• Your PIN (used at ATM's)• Your e-mail address• Your Bancomer Safe Access Card*

Bancomer Safe Access Card:

(Tarjeta de Acceso Seguro Bancomer)

Maximum ease and security for your online banking.

If you already are a USER of Online Banking, upon entering the Service, thesystem will request that you enter one of the three-digit positions, plus a verifyingdigit, found on the reverse of your Bancomer Safe Access Card.

If you are a NEW client, please enter our website www.bancomer.com/pcu andlocate the ACTIVATION button, follow the procedure outlined in the ACCOUNTACTIVATION section, and when the system so requests, enter the three-digitposition requested, plus the verifying digit found on the reverse of your card.

The serial number on the front of you Bancomer Safe Access Card is for theexclusive use of the Bank. Your access procedure does not change, it continuesto be with your Debit Card.

Example:

If the system requests position G7, plus verifying digit P, you will enter:

4. In the first space you must enter the number of your Debit Card. In the second spaceyou must enter the password that you registered to access Online Banking.

For the next step, we ask that you have your Bancomer Safe AccessCard on hand.

Transfers Between my Accounts:

With this option, you can execute transfers of funds between youraccounts, in Mexican pesos and US dollars, as well as purchase or sellUS dollars.

Additionally, you may cancel any transfers you had previouslyprogrammed.

Transfers between my Mexican peso Accounts.

1. In this option you select the Account of Withdrawal.2. In this option you select the Account of Deposit.3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.4. Click on “Continue” (Continuar).

5. This screen is to confirm the transfer to be executed and indicates: Account of Withdrawal,Account of Deposit, Amount of Transfer and Date that the transfer will be executed.

6. You must enter the Operations Code that you registered for your Online Banking.7. If you are in agreement with the information as posted, click on the “Process” (Procesar)

button and you will have authorized the transaction.

Transfers between my US dollar Accounts:

In this option you may execute transfers of funds between your accountsin US dollars.

1. Select the Account of Withdrawal.2. Select the Account of Deposit.3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.4. Enter the date on which you want the transfer executed.5. Click on “Continue” (Continuar).

1. The Funds Transfer Confirmation includes: Account of Withdrawal, Account of Deposit,Amount of Transfer and Date of Execution.

2. Please verify the information and enter the Operations Code. (Important: The OperationsCode is sensitive to UPPER and lower case characters. Please enter as it was registered).

3. If you need to change any detail of the transaction prior to executing, click on the “Correction” (Corregir) button.

4. Click on “Process” (Procesar) button to continue

Purchase and Sale of US dollars:

Select the option of Purchase and Sale of US dollars from the Menu.

1. Select the Account of Withdrawal (The combo shows the Type of Account, Currency, Account Number and Balance).

2. Select the Account of Deposit (The combo shows the Type of Account, Currency, Account Number and Balance).

3. Enter the amount in US dollars.4. Click on the “Continue” (Continuar) button.

The exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction will be appliedto the transaction and will be reflected on the Confirmation.

Transfers to Third Parties:

This option provides for the transfer of funds to third-party BancomerChecking Accounts and Credit Cards in Mexican pesos and US dollars.

It also enables you to list frequent transfers as well as cancel transfersthat had been programmed in advance.

In order to comply with general dispositions regarding banking security,it is necessary to register the third-party account prior to requesting thetransaction.

1. Enter the third-party Checking Account (10 digits). If you need additional information, please click on the “Help” (Ver Ayuda) link.

2. Click on the “Process” (Procesar) button to continue.

Transfers to Other Banks:

The rate charged for this transaction will vary according to the amountand the date of the deposit.The feature of Credit Card Payments only applies to those issued bybanking institutions. Payments to Credit Cards of other commercialentities (i.e., Comercial Mexicana) cannot be processed.Additionally, you may list your frequent transfers as well as cancel anytransfers that you had programmed in advance.(US dollar transfers cannot be made to other banks)

1. Select Bank of Destination.2. Select Account of Deposit (CLABE is the Standardized Banking Code and consists of

18 digits. TDD is the Debit Card number, which consists of 16 digits).3. You must enter the CLABE or TDD numbers.4. Enter the name of the Beneficiary.

Next, you enter your Codes, with which you are expressing your approval for the registration of the Account of Deposit, which is done in a matter of minutes.

5. Enter the Position “XX” which appears on the reverse of your Safe Access Card.6. Enter the Verifying Digit “X” which appears on the reverse of your Safe Access Card.

Payment Orders:

With this option you can execute Money Payment Orders to any CEDaccount. (Service Available exclusively to a Laredo National Bankaccount in the United States)

The “Inquiries” Option shows information regarding transfers processedor programmed on the current day or month, previous month or previous2 months.

Additionally, you may cancel any transfers programmed in advance.

This feature allows you to pay for your different services and/or utilities,by selecting the icon representing your service provider or by using anidentification code.

Use any of the following methods to find the company/service provideryou wish to pay.

1. Click on the Company Logo of the service provider. (or)2. Select the business sector of the product / service in order to get a list of the companies

that have an agreement with BBVA Bancomer. (or)• Food and Beverage (Alimentos y bebidas).• Auto Finance and Insurance (Autofinanciamientos y Aseguradoras).• Automobile, Transportation, and Distribution (Automotriz, Transporte y Distribución).• Schools, Institutes, and Universities (Colegios, Institutos y Universidades).• Construction and Mining (Construcción y Minería).• Taxes, Contributions, and Donations (Impuestos, Contribuciones y Donativos).• Chemicals, Gas Utility Bill, and Energy Bill (Química, Petroquímica, Gas y Energía).• Cable/ TV, Telephone, and Electronics (Televisoras, Telefonía y Electrónica).• Department Stores / Shops (Tiendas y Comercios).• Tourism (Turismo).

3. If you have the CIE (Agreement Number) you may enter it instead of selecting the company’s Corporate Logo. (or)

4. You may also find a company entering the corporate name.(or)5. Press “Realizar una búsqueda avanzada” to do a name search.

4. Concept (Enter the complete name of the Account Holder as it appears on you AccountStatement).

5. Click on “Continue” (Continuar) button.

Additionally, you can purchase Air Time for your Cellular Phone:

1. Select the name of your Cellular Phone Service Provider.2. Select the amount you wish to purchase.3. Enter the Cellular Phone Number (last 10 digits).4. Click on the “Continue” (Continuar) button.

This transaction will affect the amount available for withdrawal at ATM's fromyour Debit Card, as it is linked to your Account of Withdrawal.

Term Investments:

Purchase (Deposit).- You may make your investments at any time.Sale (Withdrawal).-You may request the withdrawal of your investmenton the date of maturity.

Purchase. This option allows you to purchase shares of Mutual Fundsaccording to the settlement periods (Same Day, 24 hours, 48 hours,etc.) of the particular Funds you choose.

Sale. You may execute the sale of Mutual Fund shares, in compliancewith the rules established be the Prospectus of the Funds and accordingto the particular settlement periods (Same Day, 24 hours, 48 hours, etc.)of the Funds you own.
