You will require a laptop/desktop with a webcam (in-built/attached), speakers and a mic (in-built/attached), and an internet connection of a dedicated speed of at least 2Mbps (preferably through a 4G dongle). There is no additional software required, as we would be sending you an online link for each session.

6. What material will I get for the sessions? You will receive all the course material including books, consulting processes, and consulting toolsbased on the program you enroll for. All the course material will be provided to you in hard as well as soft copy format.

7. How many learners will be attending the session with me? Will the session be interactive? There will be between 2 to 5 learners in a session. The sessions will be completely interactive, just like a physical classroom scenario.

8. If I am unable to attend a particular session, what happens? As the session is a live session and interactive, it is advisable that you do not miss the sessions. In case of unavoidable circumstances if you do miss a session, you will be accommodated with another batch* for that session (subject to seat availability) whenever it is scheduled. *This facility is not an entitlement and will be considered only when prior leave approval has been sought. You can also do self-study with the help of the course material and concept videos made available to you and attempt the assignments (Please note that 85% attendance is a crtitical certification criteria) . The consultant at the Assist desk would guide you suitably.

9. If I have any queries after the session is over, how do I resolve my doubts? As a part of the course there will be periodic Q&A sessions through telephonic conference calls. There will also be an assist desk facility on pre-fixed dates every month when you can speak with the Assessor to resolve your doubts.

10. Will I be able to learn effectively through online medium? Absolutely. Unlike several other courses which are based on e-learning, ICBI offers LIVE online training which is almost the same as attending an actual class but with the convenience of attending it from your own home or office. In addition, pre-and post-session scripts, demo videos on important concepts, frequent Q & A sessions and an assist desk facility is also provided.

11. What type of assignments do I need to submit? The assignments are simple and help you to apply the concepts learnt in the sessions to your own self. You will be provided an assignment guide which helps you to complete the assignments correctly. You will be submitting most of your assignments online in soft copy form as MS Word or Power point documents to the Assessor manning the assist desk. A few will need to be submitted in hard copy format. The details of the same will be provided to you at the commencement of the course. The Soft Skills Program will have assessments that have documented guidelines.

12. What is the certification process for this program?
