Online Examination System is built on Microsoft access,
1. To make the examination process in the institutes fast, reliable, and error free.
2. Hosting on the Intranet can provide a secured Examination channel for any institute.
3. Real time report generation gives quick results to given exams.Entrance examinations can also be conducted.
2. OBJECTIVE
1. Create a desktop application to be used in place of old paper based user examination process.2. Use Microsoft Access create strong and secured database.
3. SCOPE
Online Examination System is designed for Educational Institutes likeSchools, Colleges, and Private Institutes to conduct logic tests of their
students on a regular basis. The system handles all the operations andgenerates reports as soon as the test is completed which saves theprecious time of faculties spent on reviewing answer sheets.
SYSTEM STUDY
USER CHARACTERISTICS
This system will be used in Three User Modules which areAdministrator, Faculty and Student. As all of these have differentrequirements the modules are designed to meet their needs and avoid any type Of confusion. The Uses of all three User Modules have been described below.
