• This is the first step of your US Visa application, which is done online.
• Please use Internet Explorer! DS-160 might not be able to run on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• Have your documents required to complete the DS-160 ready: Passport Job Offer/EOAF Student Letter
• Please complete the online application until the last part – SEVIS. Note that you will not be able to fully complete this online application, because SEVIS is not ready until your DS-2019 has arrived in our office. However, please complete other details as soon as possible.
• We can assist you with checking, completing and submitting your DS-160 on your behalf. Once you have completed the online application until the SEVIS part, please provide us with your details as stated below:

Note that you are responsible for ensuring all questions have been answered truthfully without mistakes! We will not amend any info details in your application but only those that needed to be changed.
US Visa photo standards are 2 inch X 2 inch (5cm x 5cm), Color, White Background, with the head consisting of 50% of the photo. See the following links for details:

Have your photo taken by a professional photographer / photo shop. You can complete the online application without the photo. However, you will still need to bring 1 physical photo to the US Embassy on Interview Day.

This part – SEVIS – is the part where you might not be able to complete at the moment. However, you can go back 1 step to
“Additional Contact”, and save your application.
Then, email us your Application ID, Surname, Birth Year & Security Question/Answer. We can assist on completing your application after
your DS-2019 has arrived in our office.
