budget more accurately. Accounts payable has fewer adjustments to make with PO-Invoice mismatches.)

• Online orders are more accurate (Order errors such as discontinued items, incorrect

item numbers, incorrect pricing, additional shipping charges, etc. are found at the point of entry rather than at the point of order receipt. This will lead to fewer returns, credits, and other errors.

• Online cart approval (all carts must go through the properly established approval flow in order to become

an order)

• All orders are able to be tracked easily (online down to the signature of

receipt. Order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails are communicated to the user. )
