EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please follow the steps to register online:

1/ http://www.lyceejulesverne.com/campus-life/extra-curricular-activities/

2/ click on “Access to the schedule”

3/ Choose the site of your school: Johannesburg or Pretoria

The registration process is the same whatever the site you choose

4/ Click on “planning” or “schedule” depending on the language you choose

5/ You will now access the online planning

All the activities are visible. If you want only access to the eg: CP activities, please un-tick the

other classes at the top

6/ Thanks to the scrolling menus on the left, you can access directly to a special day or

activity:

7/ Double click on the activity to register.

Please note that you can register all your kids at the same time – the activities will all be

implemented in the registration form.

Eg : if you double click on ”acro-rama”, you will see the activity registered on the top right

If you double click on a second activity, it will be added in a scrolling menu on the top right

eg: judo

You can erase one or all activity at any time if you have made a mistake

Click on the activity you want to erase on the scrolling menu and on “erase one activity”

Please note that you can only register for:

Preschool: 2activities / kids

Primary school: 3 activities / kids

Secondary and high-school: 3 activities / kids

8/ Once you’re done, click on “Registration Form”. You will be directed to the final

registration form

9/ Please enter your LOGIN and PASSWORD that you received to enroll or re-enroll the

school

Your SURNAME and a code will be automatically added

10/ Please enter the Name and First name (in the scrolling menu) of the child concerned by

the activity

The class will be incremented automatically

11/ For Music or any individual lesson, please note in the comment part the time that would

be the most suitable for you. We’ll take it into consideration when we’ll finalize the planning.

12/ Please agree and click on the following before ending your registration form:

I pledge to join the medical certificate for the year and hereby certify that a doctor told my children fit for sport and competition

In case of accident, I authorize the French School to transport my child for medical attention to the most appropriate hospital according to his condition

I hereby declare that I read the after school rules and regulations for the extracurricular activities

13/ Click on “Validation registration” to end your registration

You will receive a confirmation email

Please note that dates and times of secondary extra-curricular activities might be changed from the

1st of september according to the learner’s school agenda.

Activities will only start on the 12th of September 2016.
