ONLINE VOTING SYSTEM

1. You can cast your vote by accessing the voting page directly from the URL

provided on the School’s website (www.bitschool.edu.bd) or sent to you via e-mail

or SMS on the number provided by you to the School.

2. Once you have accessed the URL, you shall have the option to vote for (i) one

male candidate and (ii) one female candidate by checking the ‘Vote Now’ box.

3. Please view the short profile of each of the candidates below their photos and

names prior to casting your vote.

4. After you selected your desired candidate, you shall have to insert your

designated Parent ID and the mobile number you provided to the School.

5. Please tick the box to vote for each category and submit your choice of the

candidates.

6. You will receive a four digit PIN via SMS on your mobile number, which needs to

be provided on the website in order to your vote to be successfully casted.

MOBILE APPLICATION

1. You can cast your vote by downloading and installing the Android Mobile App

from Google Play by searching “bitschool”. Then you need to click the

“Bangladesh International Tutorial” text from the App and go to Voting Page.

2. Once you have inserted the Parent ID and mobile number, you shall have the

option to vote for (i) one male candidate and (ii) one female candidate by

checking the ‘Vote Now’ box.

3. Please view the short profile of each of the candidates below their photos and

names prior to casting your vote.

4. Please tick the box to vote for each category and submit your choice of the

candidates.

5. You will receive a four digit PIN via SMS on your mobile number, which needs to

be provided on the website in order to your vote to be successfully casted.

DIRECT VISIT TO SCHOOL

You may also visit the reception of your desired School campus premises and cast your vote using the school computer during the election period. In such case, you must know your Parents ID / Student ID and carry your mobile phone in order for you to receive a four digit PIN via SMS on your mobile number provided by you to the School.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:

a) You may vote for your desired candidates only ONCE using your Parent ID.

Once you have casted your vote successfully, you cannot vote again using the

same Parent ID for this election.

b) The four digit PIN via SMS on your mobile number is MANDATORY to cast your vote successfully.
