REGISTRATION INFORMATION

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CONVENTIONThere are two ways to register. Complete the

printable registration form and send it to ODC with

payment via mail, email or fax. Alternatively, you

may register online at www.ontariodairies.ca under

NETWORKING/CONVENTION. Early registration

discount applies until April 17th.

CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations must be received in writing by May

10th and are subject to a $125.00 administrative

fee. Refunds will NOT be processed after May 10th

however delegate substitutions within the same

company will be permitted.

CONVENTION ATTIRECasual attire for the entire event. Feel free to

wear dinner attire to the Gala.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIREDPreliminary information about both of the optional

activities is included in this brochure. Please

indicate your preferences on the registration form

and include the applicable fees.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONA block of rooms has been reserved at the

Fairmont Château Laurier for June 11th and June

12th. Fairmont studio rooms and Fairmont view

rooms are $259 (single or double). Deluxe rooms

are $339, based on availability. Room pricing

outside of the ODC block reservation dates must

be confirmed with the hotel directly. Reservations

can be made online or by calling 1-800-441-1414.

If you make your reservation by phone, please

provide Block Code “ODC0617”. The block of

rooms will be available until May 10th. Please note:

delegates are responsible for making their own

hotel reservations.

afternoon at one of the first and best golf

courses in the National Capital Region.

DIEFENBUNKER — Canada’s Cold War Museum*

Sign up for this very unique tour of a National Historic Site

while you are in Ottawa. Tour the bunker commissioned by

Prime Minister John Diefenbaker in 1959 to house key members

of the government and military in the event of a nuclear attack

on Canada during the time of the Cold War. Save room after

lunch for a local sweet treat to take on the road.
