a) Be an Inuit Beneficiary of the JBNQA, and aCanadian citizen;

b) Have been a resident of Nunavik for at least the 10previous years, unless you have been workingoutside the territory for an Inuit organization, andremain associated with a Nunavik community;

c) Be enrolled in a MEQ recognized program leadingto accreditation at the post-secondary level in auniversity, Cegep or technical school;

d) Be considered a full-time student in your chosenprogram and maintain this status throughout thesemester (passing a minimum of 5 courses at theCegep level and 4 courses at the university level);

e) Have maintained an overall average of at least 65%in the previous semester of post-secondary studiesundertaken in CEGEP or technical school; and60% at the University level.
