Benefits EligibilityYouareeligibletoparticipateintheAFWBenefitPlansifyouarefull-timeorworkonaverage30hoursperweekormore.Elected Benefit Plans are effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Manyoftheplansoffercoverageforeligibledependents,including:
