Winter InfoE2016/17

IN WINTER 2016/17

The winter season just ending has seen an investment of no less than € 26.5 m. This is the largest amount invested in the history of Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel. The Brunn Project was the main feature of this investment programme, opening up a whole new world of quality and standards of comfort.

For even more relaxed skiing in winter 2016/17

The extension and optimisation of the artificial snow- making system will increase snowmaking capacity in the key ski resort.

Snow-making facilities will now be supported on the Kitzbüheler Horn up to the mid-station on the existing ski runs (new Hornköpfl storage reservoir, 9 km of additional snowmaking pipes and 55 state-of-the-art snow-making machines).
