Give!
What: High School Mission Trip to Mississippi – Operation
Give! is an ECYD mission experience to discover the joy of love;
there is more joy in giving than receiving. We will explore the
gift of love: encountering Christ’s love, love in the family, and
the broader experience of loving the Church as the wider family.
Through encountering Christ’s gaze of love, we can look at
others from his heart with a gaze that respects and upholds
each person’s dignity.
When: June 23-28, 2019
Where: Sacred Heart Southern Missions – 6050 Highway

Who: High School Girls who have completed 1 to 3 years of
high school

War Discovery Trail
Approximately 7:00pm Pick-up at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center,
Norwood, OH

Daily Activities: Daily Mass, adoration and moments of prayer;
opportunity for confession and one-on-one spiritual mentoring; down time with
friends, mission work that will vary depending on what work sites and families we
are helping that week (to food pantry, to painting, to building ramps, to cleaning,
to roofing), dynamic formation activity and debrief of the day and the theme, night
activities and tons of fun!
