DTE – Configuration Tool – Calculation Tab

• A new tab named “Calculated Parameters” has been added to the Configuration Tool.

• The calculation details for any calculated points will be displayed.

• Users can edit the following fields by double clicking on the cell:

– Interval Value

– Interval Type

– Sequence Numbers

• Click on the calculation and the calculation designer will open.

DTE – Selection Tool – Display Full Path

• A new option called “Display Full Path” has been added.

• This allows users to choose to display just the point name or the full path and point name.

DTE – Selection Tool – Change Point Order

• Two new icons have been added to the Selection Tool.

• These can be used to move points up or down and change the selection order prior to opening configuration tool, data workbook, etc.

Calculation Sequence Checker

• Any calculations used in the selected calculation will have their sequence number displayed.

• When the calculation is saved, it checks to see what the sequence number should be.

• If the sequence is correct, a confirmation message is displayed.

• If the sequence is incorrect, a warning will appear and the user can choose to update the sequence with the correct value.

• A new sequence display and checker has been added to the calculator designer.


Data WorkPack – File Security

• When a file is uploaded, the grid is automatically populated with the files contents. This replaces the two-step action where the user would first upload the file and then select the file from a list.

• Once the data has been saved, the file is no longer available and a copy is no longer visible in the File Manager.

Data WorkPack – Sub Containers

• A new option called “Check Sub Containers” has been added.

• When this is enabled, the grid will also take into account points that are in sub-containers.

• In this example, previously, the grid would only reference the points directly below Chemical – Temperature and Level.

• But now, if the user enables “Check Sub Containers”, it will also use the points in Daily Inputs” and “Quantity”.

Data Collectors and Schedulers

• The data collector and schedulers now allow users to link data collectors and control what happens on success or failure.

Widget Configuration – View Point Details

• In Widget Configuration, it is now possible to view the point details.

• Click on the new icon to the right of the Point Ident list.

• A pop-up window will open, displaying the details.

Widgets – Data Entry Widget

• On a Data Entry (2x3) widget, the save button is now visible.

• Previously, users had to scroll to the bottom of the widget to access the button.

Widgets - Dynamic XY Chart

• The Dynamic XY Chart now supports database functions to retrieve required data.

• The XY Chart that opens from the Data Tree Explorer is now a Dynamic Chart.

Widget Configuration – Gauge Date Format

• A new Date Format setting has been added to the Gauge Widget Configuration.

• Users can configure how they want the data displayed.

PDF – Page Timeout

• The default “PDF Page Timeout (seconds)” option on the report settings has been changed from 120 to 300 seconds.

• This allows more time for complex or large data reports to generate before it will timeout.

• Users can still override this value if required.
