1. Stigmatization: Community perception of attendees being HIV-positive

2. Networking: It is difficult to build consistent relationships with other community members to benefit those in need

3. Limited Resources: Low levels of training/high rates of illiteracy make program implementation and monitoring difficult

4. Scaling up: Further gaps are continuously identified without adequate resources to provide new programs
