The Operations Trainee Program Asia Pacific is made for young and talented graduates/post graduates in Business Economics, Industrial Engineering or Logistics. The program targets specifically candidates, who are keen to take over a role in Operations in Kuala Lumpur after successfully completing the structured one year trainee program across Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

It offers you an excellent platform for your professional and personal development. During the program you are able to decide with your mentor, which field you want to specialize in.

The team deals with a lot of different challenges and has many interfaces with other departments. You will deal with strategic as well as operative tasks. To name a few examples: Inventory and yard management, order processing as well as the business process improvement, contract management and material acquisition. Are you ready for those challenges?
