PREPARACIÓN SACRAMENTAL

R.I.C.A. - Rito de Iniciación Cristiana para Adultos El Rito de Iniciación Cristiana para Adultos (RICA) es el proceso mediante el cual los adultos bautizados o no bautizados son iniciados en la Iglesia Católica. La iniciación de nuevos miembros en nuestra Iglesia es el trabajo de toda la comunidad parroquial.

Catequistas: Ayudar en las sesiones y a la vez que compartan la fe. Patrocinadores/Padrinos: Ser un mentor y amigo espiritual en la Fe Católica para una persona que desea ser Católico. Catequistas para Confirmación de Adultos: Comparta su fe con otros adultos que buscan completar los sacramentos de iniciación. Las clases son los días domingos de 11:30am-12:45pm.

SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION

R.C.I.A. - Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (“R.C.I.A.”) is the process through which baptized and unbaptized adults are initiated into the Catholic Church. The initiation of new members into our Church is the work of the whole parish community.

Catechists: Facilitate weekly session for participants (both adults and teens) in the RCIA process in which there is an opportunity to share faith and to learn about what is means to be a Catholic. Sponsors: Serve as a spiritual friend and mentor for a person seeking to become Catholic. Adult Confirmation Catechists: Share your faith with other adults who are seeking to complete their sacraments of initiation.

ADULT FAITH FORMATION

Carmelite spirituality stresses purity of heart and vacare Deo, to empty one’s heart so that God may fill it. The call to Carmel is a call to seek God’s will in the ordinary circumstances of everyday life. Becoming a Lay Carmelite is a vocation for anyone– married or single. The Flower of Carmel Lay Carmelite Community meets monthly on the third Wednesday at 7:00pm. They welcome all to join them as they explore Carmelite spirituality. Accommodating Hearts Ministry This ministry helps to support those with disabilities and special needs in accessing their faith and helping to develop tools and skills to live their faith more fully.
