Tips & TricksPC settingsFind the contents of the Control Panel in the Settings menu in the Charms Bar to adjust your screen’s background, colors, how notifications and Windows 8 built-in search work, the names of the attached devices, and your specific synchronization settings.
Tips & TricksReset your PCWhen something has gone wrong, click on the General tab in the PC settings & select Refresh. This returns your system to the factory-default settings, but it keeps your User files.
Tips & TricksEnable safe modeDon’t press F8! Type “cmd” on the Metro UI, right-click on the Command Prompt app, and select to run it as an administrator.

Hit Windows Key + R and type “netplwiz” into the Run window’s field and hit enter. Uncheck “Users must enter a user name and password
