– 84% of revenues come from Annual Meeting, European Meeting, Corporate Sponsorship and Membership Fees
• ISMPP is actively investing in products & services that bring value to medical publication community
– Geographic expansion (eg, A-P and LA) – Formal and comprehensive external communications plans – Focus on small pharma/device/biotech – Build Infrastructure/staff
• ISMPP is committed to investing in : – Planned A-P initiatives in 2015 - $180K – CMPP – Continue to cover deficit
• 2015 budget – Revenue expected to exceed expenses by $23K

RESERVE POLICY • Accumulation of funds over time that enable
an organization to withstand an emergency or to invest in new programs
– Reserves of ~12 months of annual operating expenses typical
– ISMPP budgeted annual operating expenses are $1.1M
– Current reserves should allow for growth and expansion while maintaining a reasonable reserve
• Asset and liability holdings – The majority of ISMPP’s assets are liquid, including
cash and mutual funds
