DESCRIPTION
This site was deployed as a means to better collect and store documentation for reference including staff handbooks, policies, etc,... and also communicate and store procedural documentation and meeting minutes. Each department was provisioned there own tab which in essence, allowed for their own content area to set up and manage. The site also contained a forms library, as well as interactive forms that staff could complete for problems related to maintenance, or IT or telecom, and they would automatically be routed to the facilities manager, or the IT/telecom support team.TRANSCRIPT
