N Integrated Logistics and Shipping Services Company was established in 2009 under number (18431) with the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade. It is licensed by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission as a local carrier.

Today, it has 30 vehicles dedicated to deliver cargoes, and can be increased as needed. We cover all areas of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Proceeding from our belief that the delivery of packages should be easy, fast and even enjoyable, we agreed with an international company to provide us with one of the best and state of the art delivery systems.

TECHNOLOGY FEATURES USED On the Spot Delivery

No need to contact the customer to take his address because the system will send a text message informing the client that there is parcel for him for delivery and asking him to send his location through WhatsApp, then the coordinates are entered in the system to locate the client's location on the map.

There is special application for "On the Spot Delivery Company" to the drivers showing them the locations of customers per region, which facilitates the process of delivery and increase its e�ciency.

Easy to give drivers new orders or even notes through the application of drivers.

At the beginning of the delivery process, a second text message is sent to the customer informing him that the process of delivery of his package has started. The message contains a link that allows him to trace the order on the map with a system similar to Uber system.

Allow the customer to communicate with the driver through the application of the drivers and add any note related to the delivery process.

The customer will receive a text message at each update on the delivery status.

Enable the customer to evaluate the delivery process when completed, as the system sends a message to the customer asking him to evaluate from �ve stars.

Con�rming the customer's receipt of the package by electronic or manual signature as desired.

DRIVERS

We, at On the Spot Delivery, care about the quality of the drivers who represent the company and our customers.

Therefore, we apply additional steps in the recruitment process such as veri�cation of the driver's record, his marital status, the need to know his

references at the Company and his place of residence. Our drivers problems and turnover is to the minimum compared to other courier

companies, and most drivers have been working for us for more than a year.

When our chauffeurs complete the PAX Training program they won’t just be a

trained chauffeur they will emerge a PAX Certified Chauffeur.

This means that they will be ready to provide the GOLD standard in chauffeur

services. They will also have access to view or print there certificate showing

their achievement. They will have also earned the honor of being able to wear

the PAX certified pin letting their passengers know that they provided

unparalleled customer service.

The PAX training course is based on six key modules that chauffeurs must

work through. Each module is explaining what they will be learning.

At the end of each module they will be tested on what they learned.

Test questions and answers will be randomized this ensures that chauffeurs

are learning the material and not memorizing the test.

Once they have worked through the entire course they will take a final exam.
