resulting in 9 new enrollments on the day of
the event. The event highlighted the im-

The Orange County Free Clinic is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization
The 17th Annual Tony Fogliani Memo-
rial Golf Tournament was the setting for
our largest turnout ever. On September
15,2019 Meadows Farms Golf Course in Lo-
cust Grove, VA hosted the event to benefit the
Orange County Free Clinic!
This year we had 74 Golfers participate to
support the Clinic… proceeds go to OCFC
health care services and programs.

We never take for granted and love the surprise when a donor sends or better yet, delivers a contribution with a very heartfelt note attached. For the Clinic, each day presents an opportunity to do good. Our Board, staff , volunteers and community recogniz-es the need for our services and we are grateful…
You make it all possible when, in your own way, you recognize the work we do. Whether it is financial; participating in an event; donating time, goods or your services; and volunteering -all help make what we do a little easier. Our patients recog-nize changes (big or small) and are appreciative most of all.
The Holiday Season is upon us and 2019 will soon be at a close, so at this time, we’d like to say how much we appreciate the Or-ange County community and it’s generosity toward those who now have access to healthcare! So many people depend on us and not just for health services. We routinely assist with difficult situations requiring advocacy and coordination with other community partners. It’s what we do! We are so proud to call Orange County “home”! Please continue to include us in your annual giving and know that your gifts are truly “Gifts of Life”.
“It’s always important to add to the community woodpile.” - Erskine
Bowles—Former President University of North Carolina (about his Dad
and how in the Old South when you went out to chop firewood for your
own family , you’d always throw a few logs on the community woodpile.

program. The grant is made possible through the generosity of Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC)
Members who allow their bills to be rounded up so that C.A.R.E. Charity , Inc can disperse funding to non-
profits doing work in the community! OCFC asked for support to help with it’s Diabetes Care Program including
supplies. Diabetes affects over 45% of the Clinic’s Chronic Care patients.

Five for Five Pledge
When the Clinic was organized in 2007, the founders determined and have re-mained steadfast that OCFC should be a community based health care provider and remain “free” to those who need health care! We look to the generosity of our local com-munity and individuals! So thank you for your support!
Over the years, the Clinic has grown with the increase in need from our community. As the Healthcare envi-ronment changes, so do we! Uninsured and under-insured patients routinely seek care for their chronic conditions and need assistance with unaffordable medications. The Clinic provides both acute and chronic care for it’s patients and is a proud healthcare home to over 3500 enrolled patients!
