Introduction of Micro finance limited:Orchid view Micro finance limited, located at Chittagong, Bangladesh. This is an organization against poverty. The company consists by the 12 Board of Director’s (Share holder).David Caine Founder & Chief Executive officer. Orchid view Micro finance an authorized Credit Company under central Bank of Bangladesh. The company established since 2008.
Our 5 important concept: 1. People can be able to transaction as a schedule bank, what authorized by central Bank.2. It is Micro finance organization also a NGO. (Non government Organization)3. We offer various loan such as Enterprise loan, small business loan, Loan for poorest people.4. Borrowers can refund daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, as per as they can but with an option according to
loan amount and it is valid only for poorest people and petty trading. 5. Our field officer to collect refund, by moving door to door and eventually sanction the loan if it is very urgent.
Description of project:ORCHID VIEW micro finance Ltd is founded to actualize the dream of uplifting the active poor out of poverty. We specialize in providing credit and other financial services to active poor. Our company make sure sustainable service and financial services, including savings whenever applicable. We find hope in the continued growth of microfinance and the expansion of services provided to poor and low income people and we look forward to the increased provision of savings services to the poor and the expansion of domestic capital markets. we hold diverse views about the appropriate levels and usage of profit. We believe that those who accept public money should be held to higher standards of accountability for achieving tangible social benefits with their use of public funds. We are committed to fostering a competitive environment and to improvements in operational efficiency which will enable interest rates to come down over time. Finally our 5 concept is really helpful for every people even for our company, we also concern about unemploymentBecause we recruit more people for good service of our customers, an example field officer’s move door to door.

CONCLUSION
Our success & conclusion : Over the last 6 month we organized almost 20 differents programs such as Rural Micro finance program, Small Business program, Loan, Ioan for ultra poor etc. We obtain more then 1500 members. The members of microfinance are very satisfied of our door to door collection systems. The Small Business persons such as shopkeeper they are very satisfied that they can refund daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, they get loan whenever they need even they need not to go to the office. Our field officers sanction the loan urgently. While most of the shopkeeper, Owner of small enterprises use two accounts like Current Account & savings account and everyday, weekly, fortnightly, monthly they save some money with a good interests.
