ORDINANCE NO. 013, s. 2003

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XVI, SECTION 55 OF ORDINANCE NO. 016, SERIES OF 1999 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS MUNICIPAL TAX CODE BY ADDING THE IMPOSITION OF FIRE CERTIFICATION FEE WHICH SHALL BE LABELED AS SECTION B.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Ragay, Province of Camarines Sur in its regular session assembled, that:

SECTION I - AMENDMENTS. ARTICLE XVI, Fire Inspection Fee, Section 55 - Imposition of fees shall be amended with the 2nd paragraph to be marked paragraph A, then after the fees of paragraph A paragraph B, viz:

A.The permit shall only be granted after inspection of the place or establishment and upon payment of the corresponding fee here under enumerated:

B.Fire Certification Fee - There shall be a fire certification fee for insurance claims to be issued by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Ragay Fire Station Office for all owners of houses, buildings, business establishments, vehicles and heavy equipments which were victims of conflagration upon payment in the Office of the Municipal Treasurer the amount of Fifty Pesos (P50.00).

SECTION II - REPEALING CLAUSE. Any ordinance or part of an ordinance inconsistent with the provision of this ordinance is hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

SECTION III - EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect immediately after approval of this ordinance by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and publication thereof in a newspaper of provincial circulation.
