Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Ragay, Province of Camarines Sur in its regular session assembled, that:

SECTION 1. due to the continues decrease of the price of oil in the world market, the price of gasoline locally are as follows: premium gasoline P37.59; regular gasoline-P34.40 and diesel-P32.50; the minimum fare rate in the municipality of Ragay shall be seven (P7.00) pesos; and, the trimobile fare of routes in the jurisdiction of this municipality shall be as follows:ROUTEOLD FARE20% DISCOUNT

SECTION 2. PENALTY. Any trimobile driver who after due process found violating Section I of this ordinance shall be liable to the penalties as provided in Article 26 Trimobile Adjudication Board, Section 125 paragraph (2) of Ordinance No. 040, s. 2000 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Ragay, Camarines Sur

SECTION 3. REPEALING CLAUSE. Ordinance No.013, s. 2008, Ordinance No. 018, s. 2008 and any ordinance or part of an ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance is hereby repealed accordingly.

SECTION 4. EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. This ordinance shall take effect December 15, 2008.
