ORDER IT IS ORDERED, that one office within the Ministry, in particular, the assembly of Ministers, is hereby placed into trust with the office of the Ministry of Trusts, to hold for this particular Minister, while on a Mission for the Government of The United States of America and the sphere of the reign of the heavens.

LETTER OF APPOINTMENT - AMBASSADOR February 8, 2014

The office of the Secretary of State for The United States of America, 1781, to present day hereby appoints Keith Edward Livingway as Ambassador for the reign of the heavens, an independent sphere, and the Confederacy for The United States of America for a period of one year with a probationary period of 90 days. After the 90 days, the appointment shall go before at least three trustees convened as a board to either terminate the appointment, or extend the appointment depending upon the positive and negative performance of the Ambassador.

The American Nationals for The United States of America and the Citizens and Nationals of the reign of the heavens hereby welcome Keith Edward Livingway as Ambassador for the Confederacy of The United States of America and sphere of the reign of the heavens and the hopes that this appointment bears fruit for all involved.

Furthermore, as Post Master General for the Government of The United States of America, the Post Master General accepts and acknowledges the office of the Ambassador for the Government of The United States of America to have and to hold from this day forward. Furthermore, the affirmation of office of the Post Master General for the Government of The United States of America shall be upheld to the best of my ability in the form of the office of the Ambassador for the Government of The United States of America and shall maintain due diligence not to create a conflict of interest by and between the two offices.

History

The office of the Post Master General in the form of Ambassador for the same Government does have a long time precedence throughout history. Therefore, the office of the Post Master General for the Government of The United States of America, to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the office of the Ambassador for the Government of The United States of America is proper whereas both offices are a part of the Executive realm, furthermore, it is not forbidden within the original Articles of Confederation of 1781, nor the Articles of Confederation, as amended, May 19th, 2012, nor any current Act of the assembly of the Affirmed American Nationals for The United States of America.
