If refund is requested after items have been delivered, items will be charged at the a la

*Pre-delivered at time of order as long as item is in stock. Any items not delivered at the time of order can be picked up with your Herff Jones representative during any future school scheduled visits. They will not be shipped home unless shipping charge is added to your order.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Section 1 - Fill out ALL student information. Write student name EXACTLY how you would like personalized items to read.

Section 2 - Choose your Package and any upgrades.

Section 3 - Fill in gender and height & weight. Girls, please add 2 inches if wearing heels. NO CAP SIZE NEEDED.

Section 4 - Order Individual & Special Items on Lines 1 - 21 and select styles & sizes if applicable.

Section 5 - Add $9 handling and your local sales tax to all individual orders.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cap/Gown & Tassel is distributed at school to qualifying Seniors a couple of days before the ceremony.

ALL orders (including class rings) must be paid in full before cap & gowns will be released for graduation.

We DO NOT accept checks for final payment on class rings or during delivery of items ordered.

All check payments require a minimum 2 week processing time. Returned checks will incur a $35 returned item fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We DO NOT take orders or payments over the phone.

Orders and pricing are subject to audit when received by our office and will be adjusted accordingly. We do all that we can to notify a customer in this instance but cannot guarantee it.

No changes to or downsizing of orders will be accepted after 72 hours of placing order.

Student must comply with school mandated regulations in order to pick up their Cap/Gown & Tassel.

School picture ID is required to pick up your items.

Graduation announcements and all paper items will be delivered to school approximately 4 weeks before Grad-uation. Date to be announced.
