• Identify the reason for late shipments in order to rectify the issue to ensure that the number of delayed deliveries to customers is reduced and for the company to meet its On Time Delivery KPI.
Recommendations
• Solution : Allow input field for reason for delay to be entered for every order which is delayed
• Impact : Analysis of the reasons for delays which would aid to reduce the total number of delays overall.

• Solution : Calculate distance between Customer location and Plant location. Given coordinates, derive the approximate distance between the customer and the Plant.
• Impact :Correctly gauge whether the time given for the delivery to be considered as on time ,is accurate
