• Designate an ASPIRE site coordinator
• Determine location at your site for the program
• Provide release time, travel costs for ASPIRE coordinator to attend program events
• Attend annual on site visit
• Maintain tort and accident insurance for volunteers

• Recruit and manage volunteer corps• Recruit and match students with volunteers• Participation agreement for students under 18• Perform background check on all volunteers• Attend program training and ASPIRE program events• Set program goals• Collect data: progress reports, surveys, student

• 81% applied to an institution for postsecondary education
• 92% plan to continue their education after high school
• 70% have either taken or plan to take the SAT
• 79% filed a FAFSA
• 71% applied for at least one other scholarship, not administered by OSAC
• 50% applied for at least one OSAC scholarship

• College Access Challenge Grant • $4,000 or $8,000 total based on size of the site
• OSAC provides 50 percent ($2,000 or $4,000 cash)
