  • Farm Bureau PrOgrams Young Farmers & Ranchers Program: YF&R is a group within Farm Bureau specifically for agriculture producers between the ages of 16 and 35. The focus is on improving leadership skills, networking, agriculture advocacy, travel — and having fun!OFB Scholarships: At the state and county level, Farm Bureau gives about $70,000 worth of scholarships to students every year. Serena’s artwork (above) earned her a cash prize and inclusion in this Oregon’s Bounty calendar.The second-place overall winner is Tiffany Ross, age 10, of Bend, and the third-place overall winner is Brooke Glaser, age 13, of Shedd. Additional age division winners are Brandon Glaser, age 6, of Shedd, and Lydia Shetler, age 2.Thank you to 181 artists who entered this year’s coloring contest, which is organized by the OFB Ag Education Committee.
