MGM Group of Institutions which celebrates its

Silver Jubilee, managing a chain of schools,

polytechnic colleges, pharmacy colleges and

engineering college. MGM Technological Campus is

located on a green serene hillock of 13 acres by the

side of Muvattupuzha-Piravom Road and is

committed to ensure International Standards in

Career Orientation. It started functioning in

September 2011 and is affiliated to the APJ Abdul

Kalam Technological University. The vision of the

Institution is to develop the College as a Centre of

excellence for moulding globally competent

professionals with refined attitudes in Technology

and Management.

MGM Technological Campus Pampakuda as a part

of its social responsibility is organising a one day

conclave on solving energy problems. The program

is meant for science teachers at the Higher

Secondary level. Plus two teachers have a crucial

role in creating technological awareness among

students. We hope that the training both theoretical

and practical will be transmitted to the students

and their family members. This can bring about

much positive vibrations in the society.

Tapping solar energy is important in energy

generation. Domestic production of electricity is

yet another topic to be discussed. Installation,

maintenance and repair of energy equipments need

attention at the local level.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Hands on training will be imparted to the

participants. How to save and conserve energy will

be seriously discussed during the program.

EXPECTED PARTICIPANTS

The faculty awareness program is aimed at the

multi-faceted audience from Science department of

Higher Secondary Schools/Technical Education

Institution. Registration is free and no TA and DA

will be paid to the participants. Google form is

40km from Ernakulam City, 30km from Alwaye
