When you will be organising your national seminar you should know that some expenditures can be reimbursed and some other not.

Also, in the case of reimbursable items, please note that a limited amout of resources is available, so only the most economic solutions can be refunded.

Travel costs

All journeys must be carried out by the most direct and economic route.

Airticket only for journeys over 400 KM cheapest applicable fare in ecomomy class .

Travel by car: reimbursement on the basis of the first-class rail fare.

Travel by train: use of 2nd class tickets is encouraged.
