•XVI Meeting of Higher Authorities in Human Rights and Chancileries of MERCOSUR, during which the “Regional Plan for Prevention and Eradication of Child Labor in MERCOSUR “ was elaborated.

•1st and 2nd National Meeting “Building Bridges”, held on Montevideo, Uruguay.
