• Personal details – we must always have your correct details on file
• Study program – you must be engaged in a full time study program and you must maintain satisfactory grades
• Attendance – you must attend a minimum of 90% of classes, and college program activities. Your attendance is checked every lesson and this is entered onto the computer system. The system checks your % attendance every day.
• Homestay changes – you must not make any arrangements to change your homestay. We must be sure that you are staying in the place we have allocated at all times.
• Changes to school or study program – changes may only be made by the college. If you want to make changes, you must see the Program Manager.
