B2C E-Commerce Website of a Branded Healthy Lifestyle Products Company

CHALLENGEOSIM, established in 1980, is a
global leader in branded healthy lifestyleproducts and is ranked as Asia’sNumber 1 brand in healthy lifestyleproducts. OSIM operates a wide point-of-sales through the 4 specialty retailbrands of OSIM, Richlife, TWG Tea andGNC, with more than 850 outlets in fivecontinents. OSIM was looking for an E-Commerce solution for Asia with multi-country deployments in Greater Chinaand Southeast Asia.
SOLUTIONOSIM chose Bluecom to implement
their Asia E-Commerce solution on theMagento platform. OSIM had interest inits E-Commerce website performanceand Bluecom began the implementationof 5 Magento country websites through2 instances, with 1 specific instance forthe China market. Bluecom took intoaccount country specific features inAsia, regarding checkout process,payment gateways and social networksfor OSIM’s E-Commerce websites.Notable implementations include storepickup, out of stock subscription, giftpromotions and loyalty program.Bluecom also performed integrationswith OMS, analytic and e-mail tools.
RESULTBluecom finished the project within
deadline and OSIM launched itsSingapore E-Commerce website in2015. This marked OSIM’s first E-Commerce implementation on theMagento platform, with comingdeployments for China, Taiwan, HongKong and Malaysia. Bluecom looks tocontinue to work together with OSIM onadditional country projects.
