PREVIOUS YEAR: OLD – Last chance was given for the year 2014-15 & 2015-16; NEW – 80 Marks Paper 2015, 2016 & 2017 batches – Papers will be evaluated for 100 marks for the candidates not having internal marks.
FINAL YEAR: OLD – 100 Marks Paper for 2014 & earlier batches – Last chance closes with the year 2016-17; NEW – 80 Marks Paper for 2015 & 2016 batches.Note : The responsibility for obtaining correct Question Paper from the Invigilator at the Examination Hall rests with the Candidate. Answering a wrong Question Paper may lead to
cancellation of Result. The below mentioned batch candidates should compulsorily appear the Old Syllabus papers only, failing which the result will be withheld or cancelled. The Candidates should answer all papers only in One Medium (English / Telugu).
1. The M.A. (English) Final year of backlog candidates who have appeared in Annual, 2017 Examinations and earlier (whose hall ticket no. begins with 94-04-0000 and earlier batches) are allowed to appear as per Backlog in Annual, 2018 for Final as a last chance.
2. The M.A. (English) Previous and Final year of backlog candidates who have appeared in Annual, 2017 Examinations and earlier (whose hall ticket no. begins with 94-14-0000 and earlier batches) are allowed to appear as per Old Syllabus in Annual, 2018 for Previous and Final as a last chance.
3. The M.A. (Economics) Previous and Final year backlog candidates who have appeared in Annual, 2017 Examinations and earlier (whose hall ticket no. begins with 94-08-0000 and earlier batches) are allowed to appear as per Old Syllabus in Annual, 2018 Previous and Final as a last chance.
4. The M.A. (Political Science) Previous and Final year of backlog candidates who have appeared in Annual, 2017 Examinations and earlier (whose hall ticket no. begins with 94-05-0000 and earlier batches) are allowed to appear as per Old Syllabus in Annual, 2018 Previous and Final as a last chance.
5. The M.Sc. (Maths) Previous and Final year of backlog candidates who have appeared in Annual, 2017 Examinations and earlier (whose hall ticket no. begins with 94-05-0000 and earlier batches) are allowed to appear as per Old Syllabus in Annual, 2019 Previous and Final as a last chance.
6. The M.A. (Telugu) Previous and Final year of backlog candidates who have appeared in Annual, 2017 Examinations and earlier (whose hall ticket no. begins with 94-10-0000 and earlier batches) are allowed to appear as per Old Syllabus in Annual, 2018 Examinations for Previous and Final as a last chance.
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES1. All the Candidates of PGRRCDE shall produce their registration card for inspection along with the hall ticket to the invigilator / any authority checking in the examination hall, as and
when they asked.2. a) Candidates can download the Hall Tickets from our Website: www.oucde.net, 3 days before the commencement of examinations.
b) The Candidates shall produce a proof of having paid the examination fee / submission of examination form etc., when they approach the Centre for duplicate hall tickets.3. Whenever there is a change in the syllabus, the old batch of students have to appear according to the new syllabus. Whenever they appear they have to ascertain the papers they
have to appear and fill in the form. The Centre will not be responsible if they fail to the rules and regulations in force.4. The Candidates have to make their own arrangements for Statistical tables / Financial tables.5. The defaulters will not be given their Hall ticket until they clear their dues.6. The results of ineligible candidates will be withheld or cancelled and the Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education is not responsible if any individual submitted the
examination application form ignoring the rules of Exams / Improvement.7. While writing the Registration Number i.e. Enrolment Number / Course, the candidate should write the correct number which is allotted by the PGRRCDE at the time of admission. If
there is any error while writing the Enrolment Number, the entire responsibility will rest with the candidates.8. The exam Centre once allotted will not be changed under any circumstances. Exam Centres for (Previous & Final) year are located at HYDERABAD (TWIN CITIES), MAHABUBNAGAR, MEDAK,
NALGONDA, NIZAMABAD, KAMAREDDY, SIDDIPET, TANDUR, SANGAREDDY and VIKARABAD only.
9. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after (10) ten minutes of the commencement of examination.10. Candidates are not allowed to carry printed material / manuscript or any other objectionable material inside the examination hall.11. Programmable Calculators and Cell Phones are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall.12. Normally, the dates of examinations printed in the time table will not be changed. However, changes in the time table, if any, will be published in Daily News Papers – Namaste
Telangana, Eenadu and Deccan Chronicle.13. All the candidates are informed that they should refer the above News Papers about 10 days prior to the commencement of the examination.14. Enquiries in regard to Examination Results / Issue of Marks Sheets / Certificates etc., shall be addressed to the Controller of Exams, Osmania University, Hyderabad only. (Phone
