Professional Responsibilities for the Administration of the OSSLT

Principals will ensure that

n alleligiblestudents(includingthoserequiringaccommodationsorspecialprovisionsandthosedeferredor

exempted)areaccountedfor;

n completeandaccurateinformationonallstudentsisprovidedtoEQAO;

n appropriatetestmaterialshavebeenorderedforallstudents;

n allstaffinvolvedintheadministrationhavebeentrainedandhavereadthisguide’s“Professional

ResponsibilitiesfortheAdministrationoftheOSSLT”;

n scribesandpromptersareawareoftheirrolesandresponsibilities;

n alltestmaterialshavebeenreceivedandarekeptsecureandconfidential;

n accesstostudenttestmaterialsoccursonlyonthemorningofthedayofadministration,exceptinthe

caseofstaffpreparingmaterialsforassistivetechnology,whomayhaveaccess48hourspriortothe
