We have located the claim forlist of claims for SBV. . It was on Kathy Calton's desk waiting to be added to the

We show a copy of the claim for the amount of $ 132,014.57 GP Tax and $ 1,791.68 PE Tax was submitted onJune 18, 2008. However, we have added it to the queue under the date of January 25,2008, as the companysupplied us with a receipt showing it was originally submitted and signed for by the aTC on that date.

Currently, we have assigned two more auditors to assist with the SBV Claims and they are working claims whichwere submitted in December 2007. There are approximately 250 SBV Claims submitted in December 2007 still tobe worked.Please let me know if there is anything else you need to know on this claim or if there is anything else you wantme to do at this point.Teresa
