Labs: Extremely high Estradiol and Very low ProgesteroneDiagnosis: Estrogen Dominance and Adrenal Fatigue.Treatment: She was treated with bio-identical progesterone cream twice daily and DIM 2 BID. After six

Labs: Estradiol slightly elevated, Estrone was significantly elevated (the most dangerous of the estrogens as far as cancer risk) ,and progesterone was slightly low. Testosterone levels were elevated.

Diagnosis: Perimenopause Treatment: Standard Process Purification cleanse plus DIM at 3 BID, after which her energy was improved, but not perfect, as she still had hot flashes, night sweats and insomnia. She continued taking the DIM at those doses, and added Bezwecken PhytoB, which includes Progesterone and Estriol. She was allergic to the Progesterone Creams. Her symptoms improved over the next month, but were not gone. Added Kavinace Flash Ease and over the next 6 weeks, her symptoms continued to improve. Her ratings at that time were:
