Conductix Motorized Trolleys enable large festoon systems to handle much greater crane speeds, quicker acceleration / deceleration, and much heavier cable packages.
They are programmed to synchronize with crane cab movements.
Motorized Trolleys reduce wear on festoon system components and cables, which reduces down-time, maintenance, and operating costs.
Motorized systems run quieter than passive systems, which reduces operator fatigue.

Conventional festoon systems are appropriate for many applications. However, typical “passive” festoon systems are limited when it comes to today’s high speed cranes and large cable packages.
Conductix Positive -Traction, Low MaintenanceDrive System:
l Single direct-drive wheel runs on underside of beam
l No belts to replace; less downtime and expense
l Drive wheel unaffected by passive wheel wear and debris on top flange
Dual Tow Link Suspension:
l Ensures consistent drive wheel alignment on the existing beam surface
l Reduces uneven drive wheel wear
l Compensates for drive wheel wear by keeping even pressure on the drive wheel
Quiet, Long Wearing Rollers:
l Drive wheel and passive rollers are coated with durable urethane
l Provides long wear and quiet operation
Hinged Cable Saddles:
l Allow cables to move laterally in windy conditions
l Reduces potential damage to the I-beam and trolley components
Double-Tier Saddle Arrangement:
l Supports a wide variety of cable packages
l Handles cable packages of up to 750 kg per trolley
No special beams required! The Conductix system can be adapted to run on most existing Metric or American beam types and sizes.

l Double-sealed 76 mm main roller bearings - for increased capacity
l Independently removable side-shield assembly - for easy roller maintenance
l Most maintenance can be performed from one side of the trolley
