    Title and Brief Summary include a short rationale for each brief identifyingwhy you chose it, what was the focus of the brief and how long you spent on it.

    DesignContext

    Being aware of contemporary design practice is absolutely integral to the successof an individual, so this brief should have been the most important and the mostinspiring for everyone.

    BRIEF 1 The idea of designing bespoke type is one of the first reasons I got into graphicdesign, but is something I haven't really touched on since. The reason forembarking on this brief was to realise the value of typefaces, and to create and beable to use a typeface which either nobody else has or to sellnot for monetaryvalue but to see other people using it.

    BRIEF 2 I've had this brief in mind for about 9 months now, but wanted the portfolio and the website

    worth promoting. When the D&AD Make Your Mark brief was announced it seemedperfect. This entire contradictory notion of analogue vs. digital within this brief epitomisemy entire design practice

    BRIEF 3 I've wanted to work with Alice for ages, as I love her illustration style and I was justwanting to find a brief where we could almost treat each other as clients and notactually collaborate as such.

    BRIEF 4 This was the most amount of real content, and majorly text content I have workedwith and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This is the first time Arth and I haveworked together (well since the Typogateaux victory) and I think we would both sayit has turned out as one of it not the most successful brief of our FMPs.

    BRIEF 5 I've seen the end of year show, and looked at 3rd year blogs for 2 years in advance and Iwas so excited for the fashion collaborations to happen,
