- These pieces were kept simple, but iced with beautiful linear details. There are many styles of gingerbread house. What will you choose?
- Slide 15
- Step 2: Planning No matter what style of gingerbread house you choose, we will need to start building with a template. This is merely a front/back image.
- Slide 16
- Its not hard to find templates online. When looking for one, be sure to see a final image of what it will turn out like. Of course you always have the option of designing your own from scratch. You will need: A matching front and back panel, Two matching side panels, and two roof panels. Dont forget a chimney! We can cut out windows and doors later.
- Slide 17
- Dont let this happen to you! If you dont follow directions with construction, you will take a chance of complete DESTRUCTION! Remember to score and slip.. use plastic to keep moist, and newspaper to dry out. And most importantly, LISTEN TO YOUR TEACHER!!!!
