Hearing the word of God, the prophet Ezekiel receives his mission to the Israelites. In the Second Letter to the Corinthians, Paul expresses his humility by acknowledging his weaknesses. In the Gospel of Saint Mark, Jesus s rejected by his own townspeople. Because of their lack of faith, they fail to recognize Jesus as the Messiah.

Your plenty at the present time should supply their need so that their surplus may in turn one day supply your need.”

Congratulations to Tom Nguyen! Tom Nguyen, OFM Cap., son of Kim and Duc N g u y e n , w a s ordained a deacon on June 6 at Milwaukee’s St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Brother Tom recently graduated from Concordia University Chicago with a Masters in Church Music and Chicago’s Catholic Theological Union where he earned a Master of Divinity. Congratulations!

OLMC School Register Now!

OLMC School is now accepting registrations for the 2015-16 school year. Those families with 3 or 4 year old children who are interested in our Pre-Kindergarten program should sign up soon, as classes are nearly full. Our Pre-K program is an academic program in which students begin to learn the fundamentals of school behavior, academics, and faith. If your child will be age 3 and toilet-trained by September 1, 2015 they qualify to enroll in Pre-K3. If they will be age 4 by September 1, 2015, they will qualify to enroll in Pre-K4. Students may enroll in any grade level where there is space, w i t h a w r i t t e n recommendation from their prior school.
