maintenanceWith no moving parts, an ESP requires very
little active maintenance. However, we do
recommend a regular cleaning routine in order
to ensure that your ESP is performing at its
optimum efficiency. Each module features
a clear, illuminated display that indicates
when a service is required. For the most part,
servicing is simple. The filter cells are removed
and replaced, and the internal surfaces of the
ESP are thoroughly cleaned and de-greased.
We then transport the used filter cells to our
dedicated maintenance facility where they are
cleaned in an ultrasonic bath: less water, fewer
chemicals and infinitely more sustainable than
traditional high-temperature machines. But,
we’re not perfect yet. We’re actively exploring
opportunities to convert this unwanted grease
into useable, recyclable biogas.

recommend a regular cleaning routine in order
to ensure that your ESP is performing at its
optimum efficiency. Each module features
a clear, illuminated display that indicates
when a service is required. For the most part,
servicing is simple. The filter cells are removed
and replaced, and the internal surfaces of the
ESP are thoroughly cleaned and de-greased.
We then transport the used filter cells to our
dedicated maintenance facility where they are
cleaned in an ultrasonic bath: less water, fewer
chemicals and infinitely more sustainable than
traditional high-temperature machines. But,
we’re not perfect yet. We’re actively exploring
opportunities to convert this unwanted grease
into useable, recyclable biogas.
