Introducing Andrew RosengrenAndrew Rosengren is the founder and Managing Director at Guberno Consulting. A seasoned corporate strategy and development professional who combines structured strategic thinking with practical execution realities developed from nearly 20 years working in Executive teams (in the mining, manufacturing, logistics, construction, contracting, chemicals, and industrial services segments), and managing their interactions with Boards.

Andrew is commercially astute and has a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders to digest information and data quickly and identify areas of opportunity for improvement and growth.

Andrew has led teams of strategy and corporate development (M&A) professionals and been engagement manager and/or team member with all leading strategy consulting firms working on a wide range of strategic projects. He thrives when there is a mandate of creating clarity and alignment from an environment of complexity and ambiguity.

These capabilities and skills have been refined from a broad formal education and a strong track record of delivering corporate strategy and development projects across multiple market segments in a global context with industry leading companies.
