The Downtown Redevelopment Authority (the “Authority”) / TIRZ No. 3 will receive sealed bids for the Southern Downtown Park project, located in Downtown Houston, 1515 Fannin Street bounded by Bell, Fannin, Leeland, and San Jacinto Streets. The project is located in Harris County, Texas approximately 25 miles from the Central Business District (CBD) of the city of Houston. The District is generally bounded to the north by FM 529, to the south by Clay Road, to the west by Windsong Trail, and to the east by Highway 6.
